Service Fees

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or government agencies
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results

Important: AgentLegal provides company formation and administrative services. We are not:

• Law firms or licensed attorneys (unless specifically stated)
• Providing legal, tax, or investment advice
• Certifying the legality of specific business activities
• Responsible for your company's ongoing compliance

You should consult with qualified professionals regarding legal, tax, and regulatory matters specific to your situation.

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

By You

• Cancel services at any time by providing written notice
• Refunds subject to our refund policy and work already performed
• Ongoing obligations (annual reports, registered agent) require separate cancellation

By Us

We may terminate or suspend services if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Payment is not received
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• We are required to do so by law

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
