2

File Memorandum of Association

At least three promoters must file the Memorandum of Association (MOA), detailing the company's objectives, name, and initial capital.

3

Convene Statutory Meeting

The promoters hold a statutory meeting to approve the Articles of Association, appoint directors, and formally establish the company.

4

Company Registration

The appointed directors must submit the application to register the company with the DBD within three months of the statutory meeting.

5

Tax & VAT Registration

Register the new company with the Revenue Department to obtain a Tax ID number. If annual turnover exceeds THB 1.8 million, VAT registration is also required.
